HSR1000 high-speed rolling door

The HSR1000 high-speed rolling door is a new type of high-speed door launched by Qingdao Lefast Company, which has a high-speed opening and closing function and a partition function. Its appearance is beautiful and generous. The biggest feature of this product is the use of aluminum alloy.

The track has undergone anodizing treatment on its surface, with a beautiful appearance and no rusting. The bottom of the door body adopts a EPDM sealing strip and is equipped with an optional safety airbag. When the door body encounters resistance, it rebounds, resulting in higher safety. The motor and control system adopt cutting-edge servo technology, with low failure rate and longer service life.

HSR1000 high-speed rolling door - Features -

  • Intelligent and convenient, safe and reliable

    It can achieve multi door interlocking and linkage, suitable for safe interlocking of cargo elevators. Intelligent opening and closing methods such as radar induction, geomagnetic induction, remote control induction, and rope switch can also be selected as needed. The bottom of the door is equipped with a safety airbag device, and infrared safety eyes are installed on both sides of the column to effectively protect the safety of people and vehicles.

  • Windproof and sturdy, safe and transparent

    Add aluminum alloy wind resistant ribs in the middle of the curtain fabric for wind resistance and stability. The door curtain is equipped with a transparent window, which allows for safe and transparent visibility inside.

  • Sealed and silent, dustproof and insect proof

    The side of the column is sealed with double-sided brushes and equipped with sound-absorbing adhesive strips, resulting in low operating noise. The top adopts a guiding structure for smoother operation. The bottom is sealed with EPDM rubber for better sealing performance.

  • Fast opening and closing speed

    Opening speed: 0.6m/s~1.2m/s (adjustable). Equipped with a standard servo motor and control system, the door can quickly respond to various signals and commands, making the operation of the door more stable.
