Project Overview
This project involved upgrading the drying workshop access system in a tire manufacturing facility in Shanghai.
The drying room operates at approximately 60°C while the exterior remains at ambient temperature, requiring reliable thermal insulation and efficient industrial access.
Challenge
The original roller shutter door could not meet the operational requirements of the drying workshop. Slow opening speed caused significant heat loss, while thin door panels provided limited insulation performance. In addition, the system lacked intelligent control and could not integrate with AGV/RGV automation.
LEFAST Solution
LEFAST upgraded the access system with the HSD8022 high speed spiral door.
Featuring a 80 mm thermal break insulated panel structure, the door improves thermal performance and sealing efficiency while providing fast and reliable operation.
The system also supports AGV/RGV integration and central control connectivity for intelligent industrial operation.
Results
The upgraded door system improved thermal insulation, reduced heat loss, and enhanced operational efficiency. Fast opening speed and intelligent automation integration created a more stable and efficient drying workshop environment.
