Controlled Cultivation Access Solution
Cost-efficient Sensor-Activated Door System for Agricultural Greenhouse Separation
Project Overview
Plant cultivation greenhouses often require internal zoning between functional areas, such as growing zones and auxiliary operational spaces. To achieve efficient management while maintaining low cost and high reliability, door systems have become an important part of greenhouse environmental control.
LEFAST provided an HSR1000 Sensor-Activated High Speed Door solution for a plant cultivation greenhouse, enabling automated access and internal environmental separation.
Challenge
The greenhouse required effective separation between cultivation areas and auxiliary operational spaces, while supporting frequent access by personnel and equipment.
The system also needed high operational reliability, low maintenance requirements, and multiple activation options to accommodate different usage scenarios.
LEFAST Solution
LEFAST implemented the HSR1000 Sensor-Activated High Speed Door for internal zoning within the greenhouse.
The system supports radar, remote control, and facial recognition activation. It automatically opens for personnel or equipment passage and closes after use, ensuring efficient environmental separation and access management.
Results
The solution enabled efficient internal zoning and automated management within the greenhouse, maintaining a stable cultivation environment while improving operational efficiency.
The system offers low maintenance requirements and high reliability, making it suitable for long-term agricultural operations.
