Challenge
Cold storage passage areas in food facilities experience frequent traffic movement and require stable temperature control, efficient logistics flow, and reliable door performance. Conventional doors may increase air exchange, downtime, and maintenance needs.
LEFAST Solution
LEFAST installed RCD3000 Self-Recovery High Speed Cold Storage Doors to minimize air exchange through fast opening and closing, helping protect cold storage environments and refrigeration systems.
Designed for intensive daily operation, RCD3000 supports high-cycle performance and includes anti-crush safety protection. In case of accidental impact, the curtain automatically releases from the guide track and resets during the next opening cycle, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
Results
RCD3000 improved temperature control and logistics efficiency while enhancing operational safety and reducing maintenance-related interruptions.
