Project Overview
Underground garages often require customized installation solutions due to architectural limitations and space constraints. In this project, LEFAST designed an in-opening installation that maximized the available opening width while integrating a customized finish and illuminated house number to complement the villa's architectural style.
Challenge
The underground double garage featured an overall opening width of 8.2 meters, but there was no available space on either side of the exterior wall for guide column installation.
The owner also expected a premium appearance with personalized architectural details.
LEFAST Solution
After evaluating the site conditions, LEFAST recommended the BSM-150 High Speed Garage Door with an in-opening installation.
The solution provided a clear opening width of 7.5 meters while incorporating a custom coffee finish and an illuminated house number, creating a functional entrance that also enhanced the villa façade.
Results
The project successfully delivered a spacious garage entrance, smooth high-speed operation and a refined architectural appearance.
The customized finish and illuminated house number added a distinctive identity to the residence while meeting the owner's functional and aesthetic expectations.
