Project Overview

This project is installed in a frozen food production facility operated by CP Foods, where multiple cold rooms are connected through a temperature-controlled corridor (anteroom). The system is used to support internal logistics between different refrigerated zones under stable operating conditions.

The RCS5000 double sliding cold storage door is installed in the transfer corridor, ensuring reliable separation between cold storage areas and adjacent spaces.

Challenge

In multi-room cold storage facilities, maintaining stable temperature separation between connected refrigerated zones is essential. Since all equipment is installed on the warm side to avoid low-temperature impact, the system must ensure reliable operation without being exposed to extreme cold environments.

The challenge is to provide stable thermal separation in a standard cold room interconnection layout.

LEFAST Solution

LEFAST installed the RCS5000 double sliding cold storage door within the anteroom between cold storage zones. The system provides stable thermal separation while operating entirely from the warm side, ensuring equipment reliability and long-term performance in standard refrigeration environments.

Results

The solution provides consistent temperature separation between connected cold rooms while ensuring reliable operation of the door system in standard cold storage environments. It supports stable internal logistics within large-scale frozen food production facilities.
