Project Overview
This project is installed at the vehicle entrance of an environmental facility operated by Sichuan Energy. The entrance is used by heavy trucks for daily logistics operations, with a large opening size of approximately 5m × 5m.
The HPD2000 high speed folding door is applied to provide reliable access control for heavy vehicle movement between the external approach corridor and the internal facility area.
Challenge
Heavy vehicle entrances require large door openings that can support frequent truck movement while maintaining stable operation in industrial environments. The system must adapt to large structural spans without over-specifying wind resistance, as the entrance is partially protected by a corridor structure.
The challenge is to provide a reliable, large-format access solution that matches real site conditions.
