Project Overview

This project was completed for Junlebao Dairy, covering multiple logistics buildings with approximately 50 HSD4322 high speed spiral doors installed throughout the facility. The project includes continuous loading dock entrances designed to support simultaneous loading and unloading operations across multiple bays.

The HSD4322 doors provide high-speed access while improving thermal insulation and wind resistance for busy logistics environments.

Challenge

Large food logistics centers require multiple loading docks to operate simultaneously while maintaining efficient vehicle circulation and environmental control. Door systems must support frequent opening cycles, withstand outdoor conditions, and integrate with various access control devices to accommodate different operating procedures.

The challenge is to ensure stable and consistent performance across a large number of loading bays.

LEFAST Solution

LEFAST deployed HSD4322 high speed spiral doors across the loading dock area, providing a unified access system for the logistics center. The doors support multiple activation methods, including ground loop detectors, remote controls, and wall-mounted push buttons, allowing flexible operation based on site requirements.

The insulated spiral door structure helps reduce energy loss while maintaining reliable operation during continuous loading activities.

Results

The project establishes a standardized loading dock access system across the logistics facility. By combining high-speed operation, thermal insulation, wind resistance, and flexible control options, the solution supports efficient logistics turnover while maintaining consistent performance throughout the site.
