Project Overview
At Hai PA Wang, frozen and quick-frozen products are transferred by pallets from the production line to a storage area. LEFAST installed RCD3000 self-repairing high speed cold storage doors sets at the conveyor passages, with two interlocked doors on each line, enabling automatic pallet transfer while maintaining separation between the two areas.
Challenge
LEFAST installed RCD3000 self-repairing high-speed cold storage doors at the conveyor passages, with two interlocked doors configured on each production line.
Each door set was connected to the conveyor control system. When the conveyor starts, the outer door opens and the pallet moves into the space between the two doors.
Once the pallet enters this area, the outer door closes automatically after a 5s delay. The inner door then opens, allowing the conveyor to continue moving the pallet into the storage area.
The 5s delay can be adjusted according to the actual conveyor speed and transfer requirements.
