LEFAST provided a factory-wide access solution for Huashijie Environmental, installing HSD4322 and HSD6022 High Speed Spiral Doors throughout the three-story facility, including exterior entrances, interior partitions, and equipment access openings.
Challenge
The facility requires a clean and well-sealed production environment, minimizing the impact of dust, external air, and other contaminants on daily operations.
At the same time, equipment handling, material transportation, and internal logistics across multiple floors demand efficient access solutions capable of accommodating different opening sizes while maintaining operational consistency.
In addition, the facility plans to introduce AGV-based logistics systems in the future. Access equipment must therefore support current material flow requirements while remaining compatible with future automation upgrades.
