This project is installed in the Hengshui Mengniu dairy production facility. The HSR1000 high speed rolling door is positioned between a pallet storage side and a clean production line area, serving as a functional boundary within the production process.
The system supports frequent opening cycles in coordination with production line operations, ensuring smooth material flow while maintaining hygiene separation between different functional zones.
Challenge
Dairy production environments require strict separation between clean processing areas and material handling zones. At the same time, production lines operate continuously, requiring door systems to respond quickly without interrupting workflow.

LEFAST Solution
LEFAST installed the HSR1000 high speed rolling door and integrated it into the production line control system. The door operates based on production signals, opening only when pallet transfer or production movement is required.
The system enables high-frequency operation while maintaining a stable separation between the storage side and clean processing environment.
