Project Overview

This project is located in a frozen food distribution center handling high-frequency material sorting and dispatch operations. The facility requires direct and efficient access between ambient temperature zones and cold storage areas without additional buffer structures.

The RCS3000 single sliding cold storage door is installed on the warm side wall, providing a direct entry into the low-temperature storage space.

Challenge

The main challenge is maintaining stable temperature conditions in a layout without a buffer zone, where cold air can easily escape during frequent door operations. Traditional complex systems are not suitable for this simplified distribution environment.

The door must balance fast access with effective thermal separation.

LEFAST Solution

The RCS3000 single sliding cold storage door is applied directly on the external wall of the cold room, enabling fast opening and closing with minimal exposure time. The system supports frequent material flow while maintaining reliable thermal separation.

Its simplified structure ensures stable operation in high-turnover logistics environments.

Results

The solution improves operational efficiency in frozen food distribution while maintaining acceptable thermal stability in a non-buffered layout. It provides a practical balance between cost, structure simplicity, and cold chain performance.
