Project Overview
This project is installed at the exterior workshop entrance of a rubber manufacturing facility (Zhensheng Rubber). The opening size is approximately 5m, allowing passage of forklifts and large delivery trucks for daily material handling operations.
The HPD2000 high speed folding door is applied as an external façade door to support both vehicle access and environmental separation.
The door curtain is finished in high-visibility yellow to improve operational awareness and enhance environmental protection performance in a rubber production area.
Challenge
Rubber manufacturing environments typically involve strong odors and environmental exposure risks, which can attract insects and affect operational comfort. The entrance system must also support frequent movement of heavy vehicles while maintaining a clear and visible interface between indoor and outdoor zones.
The challenge is to combine functional access, environmental separation, and operational visibility in a single door system.
LEFAST Solution
LEFAST installed the HPD2000 high speed folding door at the workshop exterior entrance. The folding structure ensures stable operation for large vehicle access, while the yellow curtain improves visual recognition in a busy industrial environment.
The system provides a practical balance between durability, visibility, and environmental adaptation.
