This project is installed in the production area of Jinluo Food manufacturing facility. The site involves internal segmentation of food processing zones where forklifts and production equipment frequently pass through different production stages.
The RAD1000 high speed rolling door is used to create controlled access points between production zones, ensuring both hygienic separation and operational continuity in a high-frequency industrial environment.
Challenge

LEFAST installed RAD1000 high speed rolling doors at key production zone transitions. The impact-resistant structure allows the door to recover from accidental collisions caused by forklifts or handling equipment, reducing downtime and maintenance interruptions.
