Project Overview

Large steel-structure facilities often require a high number of extra-wide access openings to support logistics, equipment movement, and operational processes. Such projects demand not only reliable door performance but also strong engineering, manufacturing, and project management capabilities.

LEFAST supplied more than 500 HSD10022 High Speed Spiral Doors for a large-scale steel structure project, delivering a complete solution from engineering design to final installation.

Challenge

The project consisted of multiple steel structure units, each requiring high-speed door systems on all four sides. Each unit incorporated approximately 46–50 doors, with individual opening sizes reaching 10 m × 5 m.

The doors needed to provide strong wind resistance while supporting zoned operation and centralized management, all within a highly compressed project schedule.

LEFAST Solution

LEFAST selected the HSD10022 High Speed Spiral Door platform to meet the requirements for extra-wide openings and wind resistance. The system was configured with zoned operation and centralized control functions.

Through close coordination between engineering, manufacturing, and installation teams, the project progressed from production to final delivery in approximately 75 days.

Results

Successfully delivered more than 500 high-speed doors for a large-scale industrial project, meeting requirements for extra-wide openings, wind resistance, and centralized control.

The project demonstrated LEFAST’s capabilities in engineering design, manufacturing capacity, and rapid large-scale project execution.
