LEFAST implemented an HSD27150 High Speed Spiral Door integrated with the production line PLC system.
The door opens automatically when the conveyor system is running and closes when the process stops, ensuring synchronized operation. The door was installed directly above the conveyor platform, enabling seamless automation within a compact footprint.
Results
The solution enabled seamless integration between the door system and the production process, improving operational efficiency and system coordination.
At the same time, it maintained environmental separation and process control requirements, supporting reliable automated production.
