In heavy industrial facility entrance projects, existing architectural structures such as canopies often restrict standard high-speed door installation methods, requiring integration without structural modification.
LEFAST provided an HSD4322 High Speed Spiral Door solution for the Jining Sinotruk chassis workshop, achieving customized installation integrated with the existing canopy structure.
Challenge
The existing canopy structure could not be relocated or modified, making conventional installation methods infeasible due to height and structural constraints.
In addition, the project required a clean and unified appearance while maintaining clear identification and functional access for vehicles.
LEFAST Solution
LEFAST raised the door column height to allow installation through the existing canopy structure, with localized canopy cutting and post-installation waterproof sealing to maintain structural integrity.
The HSD4322 drive unit was installed externally with a customized cover panel, integrating the “Chassis Workshop” identification directly into the door system for a unified functional and visual design.
Results
Enabled successful integration of the high-speed door system without modifying the existing canopy structure.
Improved visual consistency and functional integration of the workshop entrance, meeting client requirements.
