Project Overview
This project is a modern minimalist residential single-car garage in China, located at ground level and equipped with a Two-Panel Trackless Door system. The door operates without visible tracks, using a steel cable and counterweight system for balanced motion, with only 100mm side columns for minimal spatial occupation.
Challenge
The garage entrance required smooth, stable, and quiet operation while maintaining a minimalist architectural appearance. Traditional track systems would compromise facade purity, requiring a more concealed structural solution.
In addition, the single-car layout demanded minimal spatial occupation to preserve architectural integrity.
LEFAST Solution
The Two-Panel Trackless Door system replaces traditional track structures with a steel cable and counterweight balance mechanism, enabling smooth door operation. The 100mm ultra-slim columns significantly reduce spatial requirements, preserving a clean architectural facade.
The matte starry grey finish with custom engraved texture enhances visual consistency with the architectural design while maintaining a distinct design identity.
Results
The solution achieves a pure minimalist facade expression, delivering stable, quiet, and premium operation through a trackless structural system while enhancing the architectural integrity of the modern residence.
